The SADelite is a top quality bright light therapy product at an affordable price. This completely adjustable desk lamp, lets you enjoy 10,000 lux at 16-18 in. (30 minutes), or 22-25 in. (1 hour) with unmatched comfort.
The SADelite delivers bright light by combining high-output fluorescent tubes with a large high-performance parabolic reflector. The reflector provides diffuse bright light without rapid loss in intensity as you move away from the lamp. The power in our unit is channeled into light, not heat. The lamp height and angle adjustments allow you to obtain maximum comfort while ejoying the SADelite. The SADelite can be used at home, at the office or for any task that requires bright lighting.

Tips: Use the light regularly at about the same time each day. Also try to spend time outdoors during sunnyperiods. Eat sensibly, exercise and try to keep regular wake-sleep hours.
The TRAVelite comes with a versatile stand that allows vertical and horizontal positioning on a flat surface as well as tilting to shine up or down.
With the TRAVelite, you get 10,000 lux at 10-12 in. (25-30 cm) and need to use the unit for 20-30 minutes. Sitting at 18 in. (45 cm), the TRAVelite delivers 5,000 Lux of light, and we recommend that you use the lamp for about one hour each day, preferably first thing in the morning, sitting as in the photo. The treatment works through the eyes, but you do not need to look directly at the light.

The SHOWoff is a ceiling fixture mounted on a track that will provide theraputic light levels to a fairly large work area. All subjects in the photo are being exposed to 3,000 to 4,000 lux. Ideal for shift workers, and for areas where employees need to stay alert. The fixture is 4 ft. long. Uses only 54 Watts.
SHOWoff delivers 4,000 lux at 3 ft. and 2,800 lux at 4 ft. For light therapy, 1 hour and 15 min. required at 4,000 lux or 2 hours at 2,800 lux intensity.
Installation: For safety, track should be mounted professionally. Unit weighs 11 lbs. With an 8ft ceiling the average person will be about 3.5 ft. from SHOWoff.
The Dawn Simulator "Digital SunRise Clock" gently wakes you to a simulated sunrise. The Dawn sequence will make waking up in the morning a pleasure! The clock's light slowly begins to shine 15, 30, 60, or 90 minutes before your wake-up time, gradually illuminating the room and becoming brighter until it is time for you to awaken. Using a dawn simulator such as the SunRise Clock means that you wake up in a lighted room - a great benefit to early risers and shift workers. The SunRise Clock (Down Simulator) is not a Bright Light device. However, in clinical trials it was found beneficial for S.A.D. sufferers. It is not as good as bright light therapy, but a good adjunct unit. As well, the Dawn Simulator works well for those unable to get out of bed in the morning.
